Recording Secretary Report
- The previous meeting minutes were approved.
New Residents/Condolences
- Welcome: Keith & Veronica Cairamitaro 31999 RC.
- Condolences: Former longtime residents Margaret Dillworth, Joann Smith.
Treasurer Report
- Please see the attached financial statement presented and provided by Ms. Kathie Brown, Treasurer.
Association Committees and Follow up Business
- The SACA Resident Directory should soon be published tentatively late summer, try to please send your updated information to SACA via the website below.
- By-Laws renewal was discussed again by Kurt Vaaler, President. Please contact the association at our web-site www.staman-acres.org with comments or about further in depth discussion. Again mentioned, a 60% association member approval must be met to finalize changes in the by-laws.
New Business
- SAVE THE FOLLOWING DATES: SACA SPONSERED RUMMAGE/GARAGE SALE JUNE 23 & 24 AND THE ANNUAL SACA SUB PICNIC JULY 13.
- Our new resident Keith will look into a neighborhood watch “Police Training” for residents to attend.
- As a reminder “Keep an eye on things in the neighborhood” and “let’s do our best to keep the streets neat and litter free”!
- All officers were re-elected by the attendees
- The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 PM EDT.
