- The previous meeting minutes were read by, Dean Wojtowicz, approved by residents with noted changes.

Treasurer Report
- The budget and financial statement was presented and provided by Kathie Brown, There were 64 paid, 53 unpaid SACA dues. A copy will be on the website and available upon request
Association Committees and Follow up Business
- By-Laws renewal was discussed again at length. A draft presentation was/is available. Highlights are to add a late charge to late paid dues, to enforce a collectible fee if incurred, votes limited to one per current member/household, board reduced to four officers, indemnification of officer liability or type of hold harmless. A final version of the rewrite will need more and a final input. This needs to be discussed in final draft for presentation and approval by residents according to the current guidelines. Please call or contact any officer to get discuss this matter further. This is a complicated issue that has many areas of change and approval that must be followed. The board has put many extra hours of time into this agenda and there is a limited revenue associated with legal counsel. The idea of a special meeting to call residents in for a vote and ratification for amending the By Laws is tentative Again the need for homeowner participation is paramount for a successful and enforceable rewrite.
- Landscape for the entrance at RC & OL presented an option to enhance the south side of RC. A proposal to have
- trees removed and participate with the current owner (75/25:SACA/owner) is tabled until the spring meeting.
- The PR entrance sign has some fading, the contractor is to be contacted about the issue and may be due
- limestone that is fading is still pending.
- Road side post replacement, Fairmount & RC, to be brought to the attention to the city for repair.
- DTE intends to replace telephone poles on the north side of the sub and there is no date known at this time.
