- The previous meeting minutes were approved.
New Residents/Condolences
- Welcome: Ryan Bauer & Justynn Yagiela on Staman Cr.
- Condolences: At this time of writing Bill Farrington a long time Staman Acres resident passed away.
Treasurer Report
- Please see the attached financial statement provided by Ms. Kathie Brown, Treasurer.
Association Committees and Follow up Business
- There has been discussion about erecting a flag pole at the Orchard Lake and Rocky Crest entrance to the subdivision to display the American flag, more to follow regarding bids etc. All comments from residents and/or property owners are welcome.
- A Directory Committee and update will soon follow please send any new information to SACA via the website below.
- By-Laws renewal was discussed again by Kurt Vaaler, President. Please contact the association at our web-site www.staman-acres.org and contact us about further in depth discussion. It was mentioned a 60% association member approval must be met to finalize changes in the by-laws. The by-laws have not been updated since the SACA was formed.
