Staman Acres Civic Association (SACA) Autumn Meeting Minutes
17OCT2020


Held at the common area of our subdivision at Staman Circle and Staman Court where Kurt Vaaler,
President, called the meeting to order about 4:05 PM EDT.

Secretary Report
  • The previous meeting minutes were read and approved by residents

New Residents
  • WELCOME TO SACA: Bridgette & Tom D’Arcangleo at 31580 Rocky Crest; Maria & Juan Vega at 24635 Orchard Lake

Treasurer Report
  • The budget and financial statement was presented and provided by Kathie Brown, A copy is attached and/or will be available on the website or via request. Dues; 82 paid, 35 unpaid.
  • Discussion regarding lawn maintenance expense was minimal.

Association Committees
  • Always the SACA seeks & solicits residents needed for committee help and leadership.
  • ohanna Brutvan (31711 Belmont) will join the “Welcome Committee:

Projects
  • The OL/RC south side landscape was discussed and a proposal was distributed for attendees to peruse.
  • Kurt reported the city determined there is no safety issue at time of their inspection however on behalf of SACA will pursue assistance from the city for project enhancement and a possible resident petition to the city for the same. (Cindy S., Jennifer B., Kathie B., Bridgette D., Susan H. to further assist)
  • The by-laws were discussed and the direction SACA is moving to is to amend signatures for voting to one per dues paid current household/lot/owner

Other/New
REMEMBER: PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW LITTER ON THE STREETS! & PLEASE OBEY THE RESIDENTIAL
AUTOMOBILE SPEED LIMIT 25 MILES/HOUR! WE ALL.
