Association Committees and Follow up Business
  • By-Laws renewal was discussed again at length as follows; need 75% approval from residents, a door to door campaign is encouraged and needs to be organized, enforce dues, rewrite restrictions to be legal binding, who will pay for legal fees, and more…Again the need for homeowner participation is paramount for a successful and enforceable rewrite.
  • Landscape for the entrance at RC & OL presented an option to enhance the south side of RC.
  • A proposal to have trees removed and participate with the current owner (75/25: SACA/owner) is still in discussion, there are not enough present to vote on a project with pending bids ranging rom $3000-$5000.
  • There is now a motion pending 35% of member’s approval by signature (one per household, dues current) to landscape the OL & RC south side for a bid of up to $4000 to be paid as proposed 75% by SACA and 25% by resident at 31425 RC.
  • The discussion further mentioned deeding property to SACA for common area entrance appeal maintenance.
  • The unoccupied Group Home on Staman Ct. was sold adding discussion to the above by-law/restrictions.
  • Allegedly the SACA streets are no longer the responsibility of the residents or their association.
